Refund Policy

At Clean Swing (operated by Ray & Ruch Solutions, L.L.C.), we take pride in the quality of our mobile and on-site ultrasonic golf club cleaning services. Because we provide a labor-based service, our refund guidelines are structured to ensure fairness to both our clients and our mobile technicians.

Please read this policy carefully before booking an appointment or purchasing a package on www.clean-swing.com.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds once a cleaning service has been completed. However, we stand behind the quality of our work:

  • On-Site Inspection: We strongly encourage all clients to inspect their golf clubs and equipment immediately upon completion of the service before our technicians leave the venue or mobile site.

  • Recleaning: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of your clubs due to an oversight by our team, please notify the on-site technician immediately. We will reclean the specific equipment on the spot at no additional charge.

  • Post-Service Complaints: If you notice an issue after leaving the service site, you must contact us at info@clean-swing.com within 24 hours of your service window. While we cannot offer refunds after this window, we will evaluate complaints on a case-by-case basis and may offer a complimentary voucher for a future cleaning.

2. Cancellations and Pre-Paid Booking Refunds

 

If you prepay for an individual appointment online, refunds for cancellations are processed based on notice given:

  • Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: You are eligible for a full 100% refund back to your original payment method, or you may choose to reschedule your appointment at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled mobile appointment may be charged a late cancellation fee to cover our lost routing slot and travel planning. The remaining balance will be issued as a digital service credit for future use.

  • No-Shows: If our mobile unit arrives at your designated Riverside County location (home, office, or golf course) at the scheduled time and you do not appear or provide access to the equipment within 15 minutes of our arrival, the appointment will be marked as a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

 

Golf club cleaning relies on safe, viable weather conditions for our mobile units and technicians. In the event of extreme weather, lightning, severe rain, or unexpected golf course closures in Riverside County:

  • Clean Swing reserves the right to cancel or postpone operations.

  • If we must cancel due to weather, you will be notified immediately, and you will receive the option of a full refund or a priority rescheduling slot.

4. Subscription and Membership Refunds

 

For clients enrolled in our recurring cleaning plans or monthly memberships:

  • Monthly Billing: Membership fees are billed automatically and are non-refundable once processed.

  • Cancellation Timing: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Wix account portal or by emailing us. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must cancel at least 3 business days before your next scheduled billing date.

  • Unused Cleans: Unused monthly cleaning allocations do not roll over to the next month and cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

5. Gift Cards and Promotional Vouchers

  • All sales of Clean Swing digital gift cards, e-vouchers, and promotional packages are final and non-refundable.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by California law (e.g., gift cards with a remaining balance of less than $10).

6. How Refunds Are Processed

 

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout. Please note that banking institutions and credit card processors can take 5 to 10 business days to post the refund back to your account.
