Welcome to Clean Swing! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.clean-swing.com, and the purchase and use of our mobile and on-site golf club cleaning services.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a service package, or accessing our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Business Information & Service Area

 

Clean Swing is operated by Ray & Ruch Solutions, L.L.C. We provide on-site and mobile ultrasonic golf club and equipment cleaning services. Our primary mobile service area includes golf courses, country clubs, tournaments, residential properties, and commercial locations within Riverside County, California, and surrounding regions.

2. Bookings, Cancellations, and Service Delivery

 

Service Appointments

 

Bookings can be made online through our website or on-site at participating venues. When booking, you must provide accurate location details and contact information.

Access to Venues

 

For residential or private country club bookings, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that Clean Swing technicians have authorized entry, legal access, and permission to operate our mobile unit on the property.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

We understand that plans and weather change.

• Customer Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Weather & Inclement Events: Golf club cleaning depends on viable conditions for our mobile units. In the event of severe weather or course closures, Clean Swing reserves the right to reschedule your service at no additional charge.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions

 

Pricing

 

All prices for our cleaning packages (including individual club cleanings, "The Par," "The Birdie," "The Ace," or custom tournament packages) are displayed on our website or on-site menu and are subject to change.

Payments

 

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of on-site services. We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments processed through our third-party payment vendor.​

4. Equipment Liability and Damage Waiver

 

Pre-Existing Conditions

 

Clean Swing uses professional-grade ultrasonic cleaning technology and specialized solutions engineered specifically for golf equipment. Before we accept your equipment, our technicians may inspect it. We are not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, including but not limited to:

• Loose, degraded, or dried-out ferules or epoxy.

• Ripped, peeling, or worn grips.

• Pre-existing scratches, dings, or rust on clubheads, shafts, or face inserts.

Ultrasonic Cleaning & Aftermarket Modifications

 

While ultrasonic cleaning is exceptionally safe for standard, factory-manufactured clubs, certain aftermarket alterations, non-standard paint-fills, or fragile vintage club finishes may react unpredictably. It is the customer's sole responsibility to inform Clean Swing technicians of any vintage, custom-painted, or fragile elements before cleaning begins.

 

Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event that your equipment is damaged as a direct result of our gross negligence during the cleaning process, Clean Swing’s maximum liability is limited strictly to the actual repair cost or the fair market depreciated value of the specific individual club or piece of equipment damaged, not to exceed the total cost of a standard replacement club of similar make and model. Clean Swing is not liable for entire golf bags or sets if only a single item is affected.

5. Right to Refuse Service

 

Clean Swing reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, or decline to clean specific pieces of equipment, if our technicians determine that the item is too fragile, deeply structurally compromised, or if the cleaning process poses a safety hazard to our team or equipment.

6. Intellectual Property

 

All content on www.clean-swing.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Ray & Ruch Solutions, L.L.C. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of our services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California.

8. Changes to These Terms

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
